The My Account, Maintenance, and Extinguishers apps are published by Ali Alnemer as an individual, to run fire-safety work for The Arab Advance. This page describes what each app actually collects. We do not sell data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add tracking tools.

What is collected and why

• My Account: sign-in name and password to open a session, and the name on the account so contracts and branches can be shown. My Account does not ask for location, camera, or photos.
• Maintenance: the same sign-in data, plus a photo or video you capture as inspection or incident proof. Maintenance does not ask for location.
• Extinguishers: the same sign-in data, the camera to scan or photograph an extinguisher, and location only while the field-lead screen is open. There is no background tracking and no location access while the app is closed.
• We do not read contacts. We do not read the photo library except a photo you choose yourself.

Where data is stored

Data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to the server that runs the system, located in Frankfurt, Germany. It is kept for as long as the account is needed to operate the contract and the visit. It is not passed to an advertising network or a data broker.

Account and deletion

There is no sign-up inside the app. An account is created for you so you can sign in to the work. To ask to see your data, correct it, or delete the account and what is tied to it, write to us from the Contact page or at info@arabadvance.com. We carry out a deletion request for the account that belongs to you.

The apps are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
